A Working Arctic Harbour

This camera overlooks the heart of Bodø's waterfront at Sjøgata 1, capturing the constant rhythm of a genuine working port above the Arctic Circle. Fishing vessels, ferries and small craft come and go across the sheltered basin all around the year.

The Marina and Breakwater

Rows of moored boats fill the marina behind a long stone breakwater that guards the harbour from the open fjord. The orderly pontoons and quays frame one of the busiest maritime hubs in northern Norway.
