Kiel Hörn Waterfront View
OnlineThis elevated webcam looks out over the Kieler Hörn, the sheltered inner arm of Kiel's historic harbor in northern Germany. The dramatic, ship-shaped Hafenhaus building anchors the far shore, rising above the busy quay where the Nordlicht shopping center's parking deck meets the water.
Across the inlet, the Norwegenkai ferry terminal welcomes the towering Color Line ships that link Kiel to Oslo, making this a genuine working Baltic Sea gateway.

Everything you need to know about this live stream
A Working Baltic Harbor
The Kieler Hörn is the innermost arm of the Kiel Fjord, wrapped tightly by the city center on one side and the Gaarden district on the other. This vantage point surveys the full width of the inlet, taking in quays, parking decks, and terminal buildings that keep the harbor running day after day.
The Hafenhaus Landmark
Dominating the skyline is the Hafenhaus, an unmistakable angular, sail-shaped structure built beside the Stena Line terminal. Its slanted glass facade makes it one of the most recognizable silhouettes on the entire Kiel waterfront.
Gateway to Scandinavia
Kiel is one of Germany's principal ferry gateways to Scandinavia, and the Norwegenkai terminal visible across the water regularly berths the large Color Line vessels that shuttle passengers and freight to and from Oslo.
City Meets Sea
Below the camera, the Nordlicht shopping center's rooftop parking deck shows how tightly Kiel's commercial life is woven into its maritime setting, with the wooded shoreline of the wider fjord visible in the distance.
