About This Webcam
Everything you need to know about this live stream
A Sanctuary for the Bermuda Petrel
Nonsuch Island sits inside Castle Harbour, at the eastern tip of Bermuda, and has been rebuilt over decades into a living museum of the archipelago's original pre-colonial ecosystem. It serves as protected nesting ground for the Bermuda petrel, or cahow, one of the rarest seabirds on Earth.
The Nonsuch Expeditions Project
This feed is run by the Nonsuch Expeditions team, whose long-term broadcast has connected viewers worldwide to the island's terrestrial conservation work since 2011. Alongside dedicated burrow cameras, this surface view captures the wider reserve that surrounds the nesting colonies.
Rock, Reef and Turquoise Water
The camera frames a stretch of rugged limestone coastline, where low scrub and coastal vegetation give way to a sheltered cove and the clear, reef-fringed waters of Castle Harbour โ a quiet corner of Bermuda largely undisturbed by development.
