The Beach & Bay

This camera overlooks a gently curving cove on Spain's celebrated Costa Brava coastline. A stone breakwater arcs into the sea, sheltering a swimming zone of clear, shallow Mediterranean water that fades from emerald to deep blue. Bathers, beach umbrellas and swimmers gather on the broad band of fine sand.

Seafront & Promenade

Behind the sand runs the Passeig Marítim, a palm-lined promenade where visitors stroll past the rocky seawall. Low whitewashed apartment buildings and seaside terraces rise just inland, the typical architecture of a Mediterranean resort town.
