A View from Italy's Largest Popular Observatory

This live camera broadcasts from the G.V. Schiaparelli Astronomical Observatory, a scientific outreach center built in 1964 atop Campo dei Fiori. Perched at 1,226 meters above the Lombardy plain, the observatory houses telescopes used for both research and public stargazing.
