The Malbun Alpine Resort

The tower sits within Malbun, a high mountain resort in the municipality of Triesenberg. Ringed by steep forested slopes and rocky summits, it is the principal winter-sports destination of Liechtenstein.

Beyond the tower, the dramatic peaks of the surrounding Alps frame the horizon. Evergreen conifer forests climb the hillsides, giving way to bare rock and open alpine meadow near the ridgelines.
