The Malbun Ice Tower

This east-facing camera overlooks the Eisturm, the purpose-built ice-climbing tower operated by the Liechtenstein Alpine Club in the resort village of Malbun. It is one of the region's most distinctive mountaineering training grounds, drawing climbers to its frozen wall.

An Alpine Amphitheatre

Beyond the tower the view opens onto steep meadow slopes, dense conifer forest and the rugged peaks that ring the high Malbun basin. This is the only significant mountain resort in the Principality of Liechtenstein.

A Year-Round Playground

Malbun sits above 1,600 metres and serves as Liechtenstein's skiing and hiking hub. The slopes visible here host alpine trails in the warmer months and groomed pistes when the snow arrives.

The Eastern Vantage

As the east camera of a multi-angle installation, this feed captures the light and shadow tracking across the eastern flank of the valley, complementing the north and west views of the same Malbun panorama.
